Recently a large Corporation copped this large fine for price fixing in the quoting for fire services and further prosecutions are to follow. We have seen previous convictions for fraudulent practices by large corporations yet they continue to trade.

The Q.S.A. calls on the State Government to revoke the operating licences including Security providers Licences of any Corporation convicted of dishonest practices.

We take a strong stance on the matter of honesty in our profession as is evidenced in the expulsion of members in the past for dishonest practices and call on other Industry Associations to do the same.
