Training
Because we
live in an increasingly litigious society, it is crucial that each
Security Officer knows and understands the legal requirements and
responsibilities associated with their job. It is also important
that they be trained to handle emergencies that would normally exist
outside their job parameters.
To improve an employees level of commitment, awareness and
competency, each Security Officer agrees to undertake training on
a continual basis throughout their appointment with Trident Security
in:
Work Attendance,
Aptitude,
Attitude,
Work Quality & Skills,
Safety,
Re-employment,
Employment
In order for someone to gain work with Trident Security
they will need to satisfy certain requirements.
As required by law each Security Officer needs to be fully licensed
by the Queensland
Office
Of Fair Trading. Reference evaluations are automatically
carried out on all applicants.
Trident carries out additional checks on applicants and these checks
are overseen and then discussed by Trident Management. As Trident
only uses Quality Personnel, Police checks are also conducted on
top of the usual checks done by the Office of Fair Trading
Our system demands that all licences must be the original document,
viewed and photocopied. A photocopy of a licence is not acceptable.
We must also stress that many of our personnel have proved their
competency over the years with our most respected Clients.
Before applying for employment applicants must meet the following
criteria:
1. Be in possession of a current Queensland Security Officer/Crowd
Controller Licence and First Aid Certificate.
2. Must be well presented.
3.
Have excellent people skills.
4. Have above average reading and writing skills(spelling is very
important).
Trident Security prides itself in its Industrial
Relations record and works exclusively within the Security
Industry State Award.
