Static Guards
Trident guards are constantly on the alert for threats to the security of members of the public, employees and property of the Shopping Centre. Examples being, fire, flood, safety risks, intruders, theft, shoplifting, drainage, vandalism, and any other form of criminal intent or act.

In the course of their duties Trident static guards receive their instructions from Centre Management as to the various tasks to be performed on site. In addition, on-site instructions are usually prepared prior to the commencement of duties by the supervisor or the previous shifts guard.

Instructions are formulated as a result of communication between Trident management and Centre Management prior to the start of a new contract (and during) for the supply of professional security services.

If need be, Trident static guards can be trained in the use of Centre Operations, Access Control and Alarm systems.
